I need some recharge time but I think what I really want is more time with individuals, less with groups.

Job is not a bad week, no; it's a new idea from on high about what my team should be doing. I am treating the telephones as a challenge/a chance to get over my dislike of them, but am also wondering if what I'm learning and experiencing at job is really worth sticking it out for. :/
