I hate my job :(

I quit my old job last week over a matter of principle, and started a new job this week doing more or less the same thing.

But now I think I may have burned out entirely

I know I shouldn't complain because having a job at all in this economy is lucky, especially one that pays more than minimum wage. But I just feel like crying. I never want to go back. I feel like a failure at life and I wish I could just give up and stop existing.

Oh flipping jeebus I am SOO with you on this. I'm actually at work right now, procrastinating from doing anything that's actually required of me because i feel like i'm going to flip my shit if I do work.

So internet hugs and my genuine sympathy to you.

Don't feel bad about complaining. Money may be a necessity in our society, but it doesn't buy happiness, so it doesn't feel like much of a reward if getting it means you're stuck doing a job you can't stand.

Heck, I was working a job I actually liked on-and-off last year and because of depression I was still feeling burned out as hell after several months.

Speaking of depression, if this is a feeling that sticks with you for an extended period of time, you might just be suffering from it and I know from experience that it really really makes every single bad thing in your life, no matter how small, a million times more unbearable.
