I read a fanfic a few months ago on fanfiction.net and it was a WIP, so I'm hoping there's more to it now...but I can't know that if I can't find it.

It was a Harry Potter fanfic where Hermione goes to Australia to track down her parents. As luck would have it, they're renting out a room, so she stays with them. I think she enrolls in a nearby Muggle university, but that might just be her cover story. I know Harry and Ron come down and stay in a hotel nearby to support her. I'm also pretty sure her mother turns out to be pregnant.

Has anyone run across a fic like this? There are far too many fics on FFN with the keywords "Hermione" and "parents", and most of them have her turn out to be Snape's daughter and subsequently get with Draco.

I've read one where she went to Australia to find her family, and found that her parent's had had another baby (and named her "Hermione" as well), but not what you're describing, sorry. I hope someone knows what you're talking about; now I want to read yours too!

I'll look for it for you, but it might take a while. Also, that was only part of the story; the whole thing was a series of vignettes revolving around what happened after HP. Still interested?
