Augh, mysophonia is such a pain in the arse. I can't be around people who eat "too loudly" because it drives me crazy. The sound of people kissing sets me off, which makes watching TV fun because it's like they ramp up the sound JUST FOR THOSE SCENES.

Oh god I feel you so much D: And I'm sorry the sounds that trigger you are so commonly found. At least mine are mostly avoidable. (And it's one of the things that deeply convinces me that I'll never ever have kids, because how the fuck can you expect to take care of a baby if their crying makes you want to run as far and quickly as possible instead of, y'know, trying to calm them down?)

I've noticed they DO seem to amp up the volume for kissing scenes in series and movies :( You're not wrong there. Wish I could do more than offer you my sympathies.

I don't really like it when people smack their lips whilst eating, there's a few times when I've been in the vicinity of someone who's very loudly smacking their lips.
One time was on a packed bus, guy was right behind me, eating skittles throughout the journey, I wanted to punch him, the noise was that bad

Kissing scenes on TV yes, it does sound like they ramp up the sound. Isn't it possible to kiss without the loud smacking noises? (I'm reminded of a scene in Eastenders (not that I watch that shite, I was in the room when my father (he's obsessed with the shit) was watching it) where Zoe was kissing someone, fucking annoying)
