(Anonymous) 2013-10-10 08:08 pm (UTC)(link)I'm not up on my computer science credentials, but it seems like its a discipline that would take a lot of hard work and instruction. I really doubt that its something that just comes to a lot of people.
Yeah it does have superheroes. The one they showed us in the pilot behaved believably for a person in his situation and circumstances. If I had gotten laid off after an injury and someone offered me an opportunity to make me stronger and give me superpowers I might act in the same way. I really doubt that most homeless pseudo anarchists act like manic pixie dream girls. Superhero dude didn't break my suspension of disbelief because he was a better character.
I'll continue watching the show, thanks. It's cute in its own right and I'm enjoying it for what it is.
