Celeborn/Galadriel fic

Hey, I've been looking for a fic I used to reread all the time for a couple years now and haven't had any luck. I've been out of LotR fandom for quite awhile, I'm mostly resigned that it's probably deleted but found myself thinking about the fic again today and thought I'd ask if anyone recognizes it. I can't remember the title or author.

It's a Celeborn/Galadriel where Celeborn is blind, they meet when she and her brother's come to his court in Doriath and get to know eachother/fall in love. All of Celeborn's clothes are white because when he was first blinded - an injury in battle I think - he had trouble coordinating things. At one point near the end she lets him touch her hair and he gives her the name Galadriel - I think one of her brothers sees this and maybe later remarks on how exceptional it is that she let him do that.

It was on Fanfiction.net, but I've searched through quite a few times and even the new filters didn't turn it up. I've tried other places too without finding it.
