Yeah, that was pretty much it. "You can believe abortion is murder all you like...so long as you never do anything about it. Ever. The instant you actually try to stop all the death, you're a bad woman and don't deserve to have ovaries."

That is not necessarily true. I am pro-life in that I would never get an abortion myself. However I am pro-choice in that I do not feel I have the right to tell anyone else what to do with their body.

Thus, I feel it is possible to be both.

Given what "stopping all the death" would require, legally... there really isn't much of a way to have your cake and eat it too, as far as being pro-woman is concerned.

Trying to 'stop all the death' by being against legal abortion isn't really going to stop any of the 'death'. If anything it'll make more, because you'll just get women seeking unsafe illegal abortions or trying to get rid of it themselves. Then you have a much greater chance of the woman dying when the pregnancy is terminated, yay!
