I don't like hamburgers, pizza, or soda. If I have to eat/drink them I will but otherwise I just don't like them.

For me it's water, milk, or juice. I just don't like the taste and carbonation. I did not know sodas cause kidney stones.

AFAIK they don't cause them but the acidity in soda (and other foods) can worsen kidney stones in someone who is already prone to them. Also if you have kidney stones the best way to prevent passing them is to hydrate, something soda isn't great at and will lessen your intake of better fluids.

Yep, the taste of sodas is meh to me and carbonation is not something my body likes.

I didn't know the kidney stone thing either, but all the more reason not to drink them I guess. I mean, not that I've had soda in like nine years.

Apparently it's just a correlation not a causation, but yeah, one more reason.

I had kidney stones twice. I (quite literally) share your pain. D:

With you on burgers. I've never had a burger I liked.

Chicken sandwiches, however, I will inhale by the gallon.

Oh man, I've never met another person who doesn't like burgers. I'm glad I'm not alone.

I just can't stand the whole ground beef thing. Can't say I'm a fan of ground chicken patties either.

If I have to eat beef, I'd rather have a steak.

Steak is great. Steak makes me happy. If you ever end up around where I live I will take you to a place that serves steak.

I thought I loved hamburgers until I started trying burgers in restaurants or that someone outside my family made. It's been very surreal realizing what the average person accepts as a good hamburger.

I've had a similar experience with pizza except sometimes I can like unhomeade pizza as long as I don't go in with expectations of pizza.

I don't like pizza much, either. Or other kinds of heavy, Italian-American food. The combo of red sauce and mozzarella is gross.

I just really don't like a lot of sauces too.

Substitute the pizza with french fries and that's me. Now there was a kid that didn't really like going to MacDonalds...

I can understand where you're coming from. For me I like french fries but I like them the same way I like cake. It's good but I can't have it more than maybe a handful of times a year. It's just... too much? Nice but overwhelming. (Whereas I can eat all of your cookies. ALL OF THEM. ALL DAY. EVERYDAY.)

YES! I propose we substitute burgers and likewise food with cookies! All them cookies, be it chocolate chip, nutty or plain!

I weaned myself off of soda a few years ago. The first two months were rough, but then my taste buds adapted and now it's too damn sweet.

I also still have the vegetarian adaptation, even though I'm not strictly a vegetarian at the moment. I might eat meat with family, but depending how it's cooked, it's usually kinda gross and just filler.

Yeah, there are so many things in life that are an acquired taste that you don't even realize until you have to eat it for the first time or wean yourself off it and come back to it after a while.

I switched to a non-caffeinated soda after drinking Wild Cherry Pepsi for years, a while ago when I tried a WCP it tasted so weird to me I couldn't even finish it.

Pizza is not something I want to eat very often. That sucked for me as a kid because everyone else in my family loved it, and we got pizza a lot.
