Eh, I think they've built up to it fairly realistically. Neverland is portrayed as a pretty awful place you should avoid at all costs, and since Peter Pan is the head honcho of Neverland, it makes sense in the context they've built around it.

Not that I don't expect oodles of bad writing. I'm sure there will be plenty.

I'm not saying it doesn't make sense within the context of what they've written. I just think it's a stupid idea period?
