If I wasn't maintaining anonymity for the sake of my secret (I seriously noticed the eye color thing immediately, and I don't need my friends thinking I'm even more of a crazed fangirl than they already do), I'd friend you right now. :D

I like Squall/Rinoa too! But everyone seems to hate Final Fantasy VIII in general... :((((((

Correction: in the wake of VII and the advent (no pun intended) of yaoi fandom as mainstream no one cares. :(

True. :( I remember FFVIII getting a lot of hate because, "ZOMG FFVII IS SO SUPERIOR!" even back when it first came out. Can't we like both for what they are instead of comparing the two? LOL

I don't mind if people don't like the game or the pairing but what boggles me is the seething hatred I've seen for them both. o_O I mean, I have games and characters I THOUGHT I hated but I can't compare to some of the people I've seen.
