I was actually thinking about that today and you are probably right. I think it would be pretty bad too b/c I'd stand out alot. I'm like, exactly the opposite of Japanese. LOL.

Then where CAN I go to get away and fit in perfectly??? *le Sigh*

Welllllllllllllllll, perhaps try another English speakign country? (I <3 Australia) If you are in the US, research different places that sound interesting, and move to another state (America is SO HUGE that I really want to try that!)

It's hard to fit in anywhere perfectly. I've found my niche here in small town Japan but it was hard. And as much as I am "apart" of the community, I am still outside it.

I will say that while yes, I came to Japan, it was because I've lived here before and knew I could handle it. And if it was too bad, I could run away to my host mother from college and tell her all my woes.

I love that woman. Everywhere in the world has it's pros and cons. Whatever you or anyone else decides, I wish you all luck. and if you come to Japan, you crazy psychopaths you, feel free to contact me.
