Like others have said, she has had a pretty steady career and she also took time off to raise her kiddies. I doubt she was crying over the lack of work.

Is she a republican or is she just listed as one (you can be listed and not be a republican)? I've never heard her say anything bad about women's rights or gay right's either, and that generally will pop up if someone on is a hardcore republican (of course that is not true for everyone).
