I was the one who confronted her about edging me out of the relationship. She would have never said anyhting otherwise (or waited more months to tell me). So yeah.

I don't know what she meant by the text. I told her she could message me if she wanted to tell me why she'd been closing me out of our friendship. She hasn't sent anything yet tho. She did say she was sorry for what she did, but I dunno. She's done this before and I'm getting tired of it.

It just sucked because I was hearing of her life from another friend, who wasn't even close to her. She got her info from FB as my ex-friend blocked me from it. I guess she didn't think I'd realise I suddenly couldn't see any of her updates.

Ooo, alright. I misunderstood your comment; sorry! It's tough when people don't want to discuss their issues. I guess you can never fully know what another person is going through but it always hurts when a relationship starts to decay. Sometimes you can save them, sometimes you can't.

If this is something she's done to you before then you might have a problem. People CAN change, but it's just a matter of if they want to or not. And it sounds like she might not have the motivation to do so or work out whatever issues she might have with you.

:( IDEK what to say to that, it just sucks. I hope she at least gives you an explanation, but it sounds like the friendship was in terrible shape anyway, so maybe it's for the best.

Sorry, I may not have explained well either.

I know there has been a problem with her doing this... she just usually womanned up and told me about things/admitted her mistake/apologized eventually if I gave her time. She also has a daugther who I love and took care of like a second mom for a while. So not seeing her again, hurts the most.

The friendship wasn't in the best shape, but I didn't think it would suddenly end. Her cutting me out totally was a shock. But yeah, she hasn't been the best friend I used to have for a long time. So it probably is for the best. It just sucks/hurts for right now.

If only there was some way to keep in touch with her daughter, but I can see why that wouldn't work but it's really sad that you have to cut her out of your life too. It's a shit situation for everyone, I guess.

No one ever expects it, I think. No matter how awful things get people like to believe things can improve. I know I do too. :(
