What responsibility, though? If you act like a good person but God still has decided that you're going to hell, your choices mean nothing, hold no power, and therefore you've basically got no free will. You get to feel like you do, but in the end it's pointless. With this predetermined view, humans hold absolutely no power over their own destiny. That is, essentially, lacking free will.
