i say make the note (in fact, keep a log of all these mini seizures, length, symptoms, date, what you think triggered them) and, if money/time permits it, give your doctor a copy, and just in case give the neurologist another copy when you see them

it will be good to keep notes of what triggers them, how badly and under which circumstances

anon, you are doing well and i know this can't be easy, so good on you for staying on top of all this no matter how scary it is
