Yeah, I sort of immersed myself in the kink meme for a few years. I am probably never going to forget a whole lot of pointless character details.

(And darnit, I only just yesterday found out someone's made a translation patch for AAI2. Only translated up to the second case so far, but OMG. Not that I should get started on that now when AA5 is coming out in like a week, and a week after that I have a con I'm making a new costume for...)

I really want to play the next Miles game, but I feel like if I start when all the cases haven't been translated yet, I'll slowly die waiting for the next release. I haven't cracked yet, since I know AA5 is coming out. But after, I might give in.

Someone I know tweeted with a screencap late last night and was like "Good to see the translation patch stays with the bad pun names" and I was like "AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH THIS EXISTS AND I ONLY FOUND OUT NOW NO NO WHYYYYYYY" at him. XD But yeah maybe after AA5, they'll be further and I can just play through nonstop.

Knowing me and these semi-visual-novel games, I should probably finish up my cosplay before AA5 comes out or I won't get it done in time. XD

I was super excited when I first read about the translation. I still am! I feel like I've been waiting forever for Miles to be back.

Are you going as an AA character?

I probably will spend some time in AA5 Phoenix... which I actually made for the same con last year when the game was JUST announced and the character art JUST released and I went "Oh hey - small modification to the wig, add a vest and a chain, reuse old suit/tie/shirt, and I've already got it!" And this year there may actually be an AA meetup/photoshoot, unlike last year where it was just me as AA5 Phoenix, my girlfriend as glasses!Edgeworth (we didn't learn until 6 months later that IT'S NOW CANON), and a guy we know who does an amazing Godot at every con he attends.

I have a ton of AA costumes so far (all versions of Phoenix from college to hobo, Franziska, Maggey's police outfit, Klavier, and I've got fabric to make Blue Badger kigurumi XD), there are still more I want to do (SOMEDAY I will make Daryan), and I'm guessing that both AAI2 and AA5 will provide still more characters I'll want to add to the list... :P But this time around I'm mostly booked with other stuff. I still feel wrong if I don't cosplay some AA character for at least a little while at every con though, because it's consistently the most fun fandom to cosplay with. XD

Yeah, I sort of am incapable of getting "kind of" into anything, bahahah. I mean, I also made my girlfriend three versions of Edgeworth so far, and Adrian, and Ema... so ugh, I can't even count how many AA costumes I've made so far. XD

And indeed, con should be a blast as long as my health doesn't get in the way. It's hard to NOT have fun in costumes, IMO. :D

Wow! That's incredible! You've made so many costumes. I can't sew worth a lick, so I'm always jealous of all the amazing cosplayers I see.
