Someone on Sherlock rant said less than 2% of the fics on AO3 are Sherlock/Lestrade, and it's true. Before I looked for myself, I would have guessed Sherlock/Lestrade was around 5% (or more) and Sherlock/Molly around 10%. I was also surprised to see Moran is in more fics than Lestrade.

But 2% is 1700+ fics. Could be worse, some of the people answering don't have any fandom at all. :C But one of mine is McCoy/Kirk/Spock has 200+ fics, so understand how even that isn't enough.
