Why is there always (frozen comment) at the end of page 1

i always wondered why in the main comments is there threads at the end of page 1 that just say (frozen comment)? is it just so page 2 can be unrelated to the secrets?

yes

if you show up early enough the page 2 posts will be on the first page

and then I assume case adds or unscreens the frozen ones

Each page holds a certain number of comments, so all the frozen comments are there to fill in the first page. That way all the Page 2 threads are right at the top all nice and neat.
