Re: Got contacts!
(Anonymous) 2013-10-16 12:24 am (UTC)(link)I've been using contact for years and after the first coulple days it's really easy to put them in and take them out.
Once they aren't really new I tend to see lights at night with a bit of halo. It's nothing to be worried about and you get used to it (Saying that because I freaked out and went to get them checked because of that. Got told to clean them better)
Oh, and a bit of super obvious advice but be careful with your eyes now they are not covered all the time.
Story time: I only wear contacts outside, so at home I always wear glasses, and sometimes when I'm bored studying I play with the book letting it get too close to my face and touch the glasses. Well, once I had to go somewhere and got ready early (aka, put on the contacts) but since I had time I decided to study a bit... I don't know how I didn't hurt myself since I literally poked my eye with a book. Oops xD
