Yay! Another person who loves II's battle system. *highfives* I might be the odd one out, but I didn't really find the battle system all that hard; it needed a bit getting used to but it became more and more engaging once I learned to strategize and such.

IT'S A NEW-FOUND LOVE. My first play through had me screaming and wanting to kill people because I didn't know how to work it at all. XD But once you get it, it gets much easier for those harder enemies. :D

If it makes you feel any better, I was like that too for the first hour or so. At least the dungeons weren't a hell to play though unlike some other games *curses FF 12's and Digital Devil Saga's never-ending dungeons*. But really, it's funny considering all the complaints the first game got due to its frekkin easy battle system and gameplay, you'd think people would be more satisfied with this one.
