I've read all the books in my house (just went through a massive re-read) and too sick to leave the house to get to the library. Do you have some free online book recs? I'll take those too.

Ah it's hard to find free online books outside of the classics, so I can see why you'd look for fic. I sometimes read short SF at Tor.com if that interests you.
Here's my favourite long fic:
Restraint, J2 RPF, 200k (It's pretty much an original work. They even have original names.)
Reliquary, Harry/Lucius, 100k
The Boy Who Only Lived Twice, Harry/Draco, 50k
Somewhere Back of the Sun, Dean/Castiel, 150k
