Oh well, confirms my opinion the woman is insane...

Not to mention has an inflated idea of her fiction's popularity...

Is now the time to admit that the only one of her books I liked was 'Interview with the Vampire' and that even the first sequel ('The Vampire Lestat', I think? I am drawing a blank, that's how mediocre it was) turned me off. She's clearly one of these authors who have only one book in them, everything else they write afterwards is tedium trash.

It's always sad and slightly disgusting to see people embarrass themselves by nakedly showing their ids on a public platform, while apparently without a friend in the world to tell them they are doing so: the emperor has no clothes, indeed.

Though to be fair, the surge of over-sharing in social media is demonstrating that she's certainly not the only one. This is exactly why I have always thought that the author tours most publishers insist on nowadays are a bad, bad idea... Same with all the interviewing and media frenzy that takes place around movie releases.
