My roommate made a new mix CD and this was on it. Oh the nostalgia! I listened to it over and over. This was one of my faves as a kid and we all danced around the livingroom when it came on.

Oh, I love Hooked On Classics! So good. There's a related tune called Hooked on Mozart, which of course is just the same sort of mashup with only Mozart compositions, which I love.

I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of composer-specific ones, I should probably look them up.

So late with this but...

Hooked on Mendelsohn from the original Hooked on Classics album still gives me chills. Love the crazy violin in that piece.

Now I'm nostalgic for old instrumental pieces. Gonna go find Music Box Dancer or Cusco's Montezuma... Hell, even Tubular Bells now. :D
