Implicit consent doesn't exist, people.
Also if you're talking Junjou specifically, Usami does tell Misaki (before the sex happens) to yell if he's against it, which Misaki is in no way impeded to do, and would have been entirely logical had it been a case of rape as you say. But Misaki doesn't, and not even out of fear or pressure, just of out of his own stubborness. Therefore you could say the decision wasn't entirely without clue on Usami's part, too bad people tend to forget that.

Right. So it was his stubbornness that was to blame. He didn't fight hard enough, so even though he said no it's invalid because he didn't meet the rapist's standard of spoken consent.

Classic victim blaming.

Sometime I wonder if you people twist people's words intentionally. It's the only rational explanation.
