Romani =/= Africa-Americans. If you believe that, that only proves that you have never had experiences with Romani.

The majority of African-Americans want to make an honest dollar, want to obey the law, don't want to cheat and steal. They want their children to be better off than they are. They adapt to the changes of society. They want to trust their neighbors. They don't purposely isolate themselves.
