I just read this short fic, http://archiveofourown.org/works/1004948. It's amazing but left me wanting for more. Does anyone have any recs? Any fandom, het pairing is fine too as long as the fic is good and has sounding as an important part of it.

I remember SPN had some on LJ and in the kink memes but it was mostly Wincest, some J2. You could try the tags at spnstoryfinders? Other than that I remember there wasn't much to find outside the sounding tag on AO3 when I was looking myself (but that was a while ago).

I've done that but I don't know which fics are good and I don't want to read a 15k fic for 500 words of sounding play.

There's a BBC Sherlock story, A Thorough Examination by Eleanor K, that features sounding amongst other medfet. It's long, detail, and dark.

I have the oddest feeling that I might have read A Thorough Examination before when I was rolling around the Sherlock fandom. It's really good. Both fics are really good, actually.I might have to call it a night right now. Thank you for the fics!
