I don't know why she gets so little attention, either. She was just as creepy and evil as Cruella and Ursula. I think she's kind of a mix of both of them, somehow - not in the "she's a rip-off way, of course, that wouldn't work with Ursula. But their types are quite similar. But maybe that's just because all three of them were voiced by the same voice actress in my country's dub XD

Just out of curiosity, where do you live? I'd like to hear the voice actress that does all three of them.

It's the German dubs - her name is Beate Hasenau. There are several dubs, though. She was in the 1989 Arielle dub and the 1980 101 Dalmatians dub - I think The Rescuers only had one.
