Just you I think. I'm not sure I've ever seen the term Mary Sue attached to Teyla before. Teyla didn't get enough attention to be a Mary Sue - other than possibly Ford I think she was the most underdeveloped and ignored character on the show. Her wraith-sensing ability was used inconsistently, and while she could supposedly fight well enough to kick Ronon's ass in the gym, she was constantly getting taken hostage or getting overpowered in the field. So...badly written? Sure. Mary Sue no, not in my opinion anyway.
