The thing about Mary Sue is that it's not just a list of attributes or talents, but character overall. Like sure you could list off Teyla's talents and she'd look a bit Mary Sue-ish, but as a whole she was a diverse character with many talents and faults. Or at least as diverse as any of the other SGA characters.
