I somewhat agree, or in the very least she wasn't a well written character.

But that's kind of Stargate's level of writing, they really don't write women well, and too often fall into the trap of making them too special but not really complex. Many of the Stargate females I like are the ones I like because of the actress, not due to the writing.

There are definitely Gary Stu qualities in the male characters too, but I still think the male characters were written in a more fleshed out manner.
