I find a lot of stuff sexy in written fiction. Really dirty stuff, like BDSM, dirty talk, watersports, ponyplay... (like everything mentioned above besides feet, which is always silly, lol)

But irl or in real people porn... it's usually just way too silly or ridiculous. Real people having sex just looks funny by default. It's sweaty and awkward and goofy. Yay humans. Unless extremely attractive people are doing it with super acting skills, most of it looks silly, imo.
