Hell, even replicators are on their way, thanks to 3D printers. Are they exactly the same? No. But it's 2013, not 2313.

I remember reading recently, in fact, about a 3d printer being developed to print food. Pizza, specifically. Not quite the same workings as a replicator, and apparently the taste so far left something to be desired, but it was a machine that could basically output a flat disc of crust with tomato and cheese flavor and your choice of other toppings' flavors by starting with some base ingredients or something. Exciting times.
