As someone who works in a beauty salon, I can say with 99% certainty that Lana has had injectable fillers. And by the looks of it, she's either put too much filler in the top lip, or her beautician simply isn't skilled enough to be doing lip fillers in the first place.

When she talks, her lips don't move properly and they're so swollen that it gives her a very "ducky" look. Stuff like this makes me so angry, because the mistake is obvious and her beautician really should have known better.

My lips look very "ducky like" / pouty sitting at their normal closed-mouth position.
To the point where it's slightly difficult to shut my lips completely, and I really have to force it.

Again, I don't know anything about this singer or her personal history.
But I am saying that the shape can happen naturally.

It really can't though. There's a difference between "naturally ducky" and "duckface caused by lip fillers". I'm surprised more people don't see it.

It may offend your professional sensibilities, but I really think she intentionally went for that over-the-top bee-stung look. It actually works for her, and sets her apart from other white girl pop singers. I'm sure Lana is more than affluent enough at this point to have her lips job corrected if it had been a mistake.
