Doesn't mean much when one woman will be convicted for shooting warning shots despite using the same law that ruled Zimmerman innocent.

One anecdotal case with completely different circumstances to another one had different outcomes, which means that there aren't institutional disparities in sentencing by gender.

Actually the circumstances WERE way different. That woman went out to her car to grab a gun. Thus the Stand Your Ground defense does not work. If she was able to get to a car she would be able to get away. She also shot at her husband AND children. Meaning, her children were right next to her husband. And she shot at them. So she was RIGHTFULLY charged with three aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

It is really sad that some people think Stand Your Ground had anything to do with the Zimmerman case. Thanks, jackass media.
