You know, rape culture has been defined. People have written papers about it, and written books about it. The actual definitions vary and I'll leave you to find one you like, but they all basically boil down to a culture that accepts some combination of sex and violence. This exists in prison systems, obviously, but it also exists outside of prison systems. If you can't see that, you need to take off your blinders, and then we'll have this conversation.
