If I recall correctly, they also encouraged authors to specify which party specifically was underage through use of capitalization in their gender-pairing tag system. Like, F/M or whatever was two adults over the age of 18 getting it on, f/f could be two 16-year-old lesbians making out, and M/f was usually exceptionally creepy pedo grooming shit (and incest to boot). I always thought that was hella useful in navigating what was likely to make me backbutton while puking instead of being ignorable.

And yeah, outside of fandom/tumblr/reddit, nobody on any porno/erotica archive I've ever seen is trying to make it like ephebophilia is somehow a-okay because it's not technically pedo. They know exactly what's turning them on about the situation.
