For some reason I'd really like that to be the B-plot of an episode on the show?

Me too (verging on A-plot)! I've probably given it far too much thought, which means I should try writing it, but I kind of have this idea where Kevin was part of a group home/boarding school for older boys before being fostered/adopted by the Ryans. And then a present-day case points to a kid at that same place and preconceived negative notions about kids in the system end up getting tossed as Kevin sets people straight and opens up about this part of his past.

I think that would be a really interesting episode! I'd be up for something like that. I like Ryan, he's lovely.
