I hate this cold so much right now.

I've tried everything to get relief and none of it worked. I think the worst part is trying to sleep. I'm sleeping pretty much sitting up(and then my back hurts the next day) and every time I'm almost asleep I cough until I gag and then I'm wide awake again. I get maybe an hour's sleep a night. Then I'm tired all day with a sore back that hurts worse when I hack and cough. I so can't wait to be over this cold. Twelve more days of this shit to go.

I know exactly who I got it from and he's an asshole for coming up to me and hugging me. (Bastard didn't mention he was sick till after the hug.)

On the bright side, maybe this means I won't be sick and miserable over Christmas.

Got a bit of a head cold, nose is getting a bit blocked and I'm constantly having to sniff it back into my head

My right index finger hurts when I do things. The doctor says I'm fine. I just, why does it hurt then? Hopefully, it will go away soon. Because I get rather irritable after drawing.

The health problems I've been having for the last two and a half years (which basically make me feel like I've had a stomach bug for that long) always get worse at certain times of the month. Which it is now. And I'm just like "Okay look body - just start bleeding already and get it over with. Especially since I have a con next weekend."

Weird thing is I almost never got the "usual" symptoms of PMS - crankiness, cramps, bloating. Just nausea and migraines. So in the current state of things, that means WORSE nausea and WORSE migraines that make me basically wish I had a sensory deprivation chamber because any sort of sound or movement is enough to make my brain start freaking out.

No, it was the UWF Fandom Con. Very small, but lots of fun despite a few shower-phobic attendees. My dad went with me and wore his Dumbledore costume, which was pretty rad. Totally worth a little cold.

Aw fun! :) I went to GeekGirl Con myself in Seattle, and it's also small, less crowded and generally less smelly than I expected from a con. Super fun. Plus, being from Vancouver, I was all too prepared for the weather.

I'm getting ready right now to go to work where I'm working until 1 am sigh.
Extra money, but I just wish I wasn't working Sunday as well making me work all weekend.

Are you taking those fun, over-the-counter cold meds? I find xtra strength 'kitchen sink' nyquil knocks me out like a sledgehammer, so then i at least get some sleep.

The weather's turned chilly and *dry*. About two weeks of this aaaannnnd....my fingers are splitting! As usual! I get little cracks and splits in the tips of my fingers and thumb. Hurts like hell, like an endless papercut with splinters. I can't do bandages all the time 'cause i need to do dishes and stuff, plus i have to wash my hands after touching the dog/cats and...ugh. Ow. Typing hurts.

EVERY YEAR. Every year.

I had a cold for a week and a half that finally buggered off in time for last weekend's con. BUT THEN I got menstrual cramps the day I got there. NOT COOL, SELF.

So I was doing pretty well with Hot Chilli sauces and thought I could graduate to extra hot (trying to train myself so I can stop suffering runny noses and eyes when eating out with friends).

BAD.
IDEA.

It burns FS ;_____; I'm constantly running to the bathroom and I've put Vaseline down there and it keeps coming and burning. oh god i'm never having extra hot again, fuck this

I'm the anon that got her wisdom tooth pulled. The meds I'm taking are no longer working. YAY. *sarcasm* I want it to be Tuesday already so they can take out the damn stitches. (Also, I wish that the random pain I feel would stop like I'm get stabbed where I got my tooth pulled)

I'm also hungry because I want food that isn't mashes potatoes and soups
