No, I totally agree with your feelings there. As I said above I think that's the worst part of the show and I'm basically watching for everything else. So I guess what I'm saying is maybe give it another chance and try just ignoring that element of the show? But I know that doesn't work for everyone.

Honestly, what I really want is for the show to be about the younger sister having wacky magical adventures with her black best friend, their gay buddy, and the strange mysterious funny aunt. And then the mom can be there having drama occasionally and being fierce. Or maybe they could make that a spinoff or something. I don't know.

Your idea sounds like a show I would happily watch!

I don't remember much about the show tbh, but I know the older witches were my favorite parts. Is the woman involved in the love triangle the main character, or only one of them? I wasn't sure about how much of that I'd have to endure.

Maybe I'll give it another go sometime. It sounds like the rest of the show isn't bad, and I certainly didn't dislike the other characters.

I would say the woman in the love triangle is more the central character, I guess? I mean, they spend a good amount of time dealing with everyone's intersecting stories, but I feel like they emphasize her a teensy bit more than the others. But it's okay, it's not all love triangle drama with her! There's also an equally fresh and exciting storyline where she's totally angry at her mother for her being a witch or something!

Guh, her character is just the worst.

Anyway, yeah, give it another try, maybe you'll enjoy it. But if you don't, it's not the end of the world really.

Hahaha, she sounds delightful and I'm sure she's a joy to watch. At least the show isn't focused solely on her and there's a decent sized cast.

I'll save it for a rainy day! Or just when I'm bored and can't think of anything else.
