It's shounen-y, but a bit more gritty than say other big shounen titles like Naruto or One Piece. I had fun (and the majority of I people I've talked with feel the same), but haven't really felt like finishing the last few episodes. I'd say give it two episodes and see what you think.

Titans look super goofy for sure, but it didn't really bother me.
