I think I may not have clarified. By "crazy soulbonder," I wasn't referring to soulbonders in general, but to the kind that go out and believe they ARE the characters, demand fic to be written their way, scam people, act violently, that kind of thing. I didn't mean all soulbonders, most definitely ^_^

And 11: YES. I've been accused of being fake since of course anyone who likes yaoi and identifies as male is "obviously just faking because they've read too much yaoi and wants to live it" /eyes roll with sarcasm

5. Okay, never mind. :D It seemed like you were generalizing. And anyone who acts like that probably isn't really a soulbonder, anyway... or at least, I hope not.

11. Um, wow. That's just really sad. D: Especially because of how when bio-guys like yaoi, everyone starts fangirling them...

5: ^_^ Yeah. The last thing I'd want to do is generalize, it's happened to me enough ^_^

And as for 11, I think it's just societal prejudice in that people are convinced that the correlation can't ever be from stuff like ftm guys liking hot sex in any form (which many of us, including me, do ^_^) or from liking yaoi/slash since it provided a very primitive way to think about and explore the issues back before we had the courage to accept ourselves/come out. Instead, they believe (stupidly, and enforced by the people like the person in 11) that somehow, reading it made us decide not to want to be women anymore. /eyeroll Never mind there's plenty of evidence that the causes are likely biological, and it's something most of us have dealt with long before we even knew what yaoi was.

Logic =/= assholes though, as listening to a conservative talk show for any amount of time will tell you, what with the hosts who think shouting down even the most mild-mannered and logical guests equals legitimate debate.
