Ah, pardon me, but I don't see how you're making that generalization with any good amount of basis to it. Unless you've actually been checking numbers of how many times that game has had 'shit' flung on it compared to other games/fandoms/whatever your idea of 'things on the internet' are.

Different anon to say - I can see where they come from. In my opinion, the only reason CFUD has only ended up on F_W twice is because of enormous peer pressure and, to a certain extent, mob mentality, not because it's a game of all sunshine and fairy poop.

I'd say that the way CFUD players showed up here all at once to more or less dogpile and reassure themselves that they're not wanky at all - essentially SEVERELY attacking the people who posted the secret in the first place; which I dare to doubt would inspire them to really mail the mods - is fairly indicative of this "way to deal" with criticism from the "outside". Inside looking out and outside looking in tend to differ, after all, and I don't think many of the players can be in any way neutral or even level-headed where criticism of the game is concerned.
