The podcast series Welcome to Night Vale has Carlos, who's canonically not White, and Cecil, who's race/ethnicity has not been stated and thus could be a POC. And they're a couple in canon, too. (-:

Yeah but do we actually see them? Going on the fanart, a fuckload of people think of them as white and so may be more interested in them as a result. I don't think it counts as a good counterexample.
