I'm so excited for Mulan/Aurora. They made it canon that Mulan loves Aurora. The creators have said there is going to be an interesting 11 episode arc for the two of them. Just the way that they've said things in interviews and from what was on the show makes me believe that Mulan/Aurora could happen.

I'm just so happy, because I shipped them last season and thought it wouldn't happen. And now it's happening. I was giddy after that episode.

When did the creators say that they'd have an episode arc? As far as I knew, there was no confirmation on when they'd be coming back.

So I think I got mixed up and it's not necessarily an arc for them, but they say that there's a great arc for Mulan and Aurora, so I'm assuming it's a multi-episode thing? Also when asked about having an LGBT character on the show, the creators said that they definitely wanted to and that they wanted to give it a proper storyline and do it justice. So assuming this is about Mulan/Aurora.

Ah, I must've missed that interview. I'm very excited to see what more they do with it and I'd love to see the two of them with Aurora's baby. I don't care what happens to Phillip. I just so want to see the two of them together.

Me too! There were definitely some 'hints', but I still didn't think it likely. I'm still shocked (and pleased) they went there.

I hope the 11 episode arc pans out, and it isn't a throwaway comment that doesn't mean much. Can't remember how far into the season we are, but I'm a bit worried they aren't going to give Mulan and Aurora proper screen-time or significance.

Either way, Mulan/Aurora is closer to canon than I ever thought it would be, and that's pretty damn cool.

i'm hoping mulan actually ends up with another woman who wasn't already emotionally involved in someone else. the only way aurora and mulan end up together is if something bad happens to philip again, because aurora and philip both went through too much shit to find each other. (and now she's pregnant.)

that and mualn doesn't deserve to be the replacement or deal with being in love with people unavailable two times.

my guess is mulan will end up the godmother of aurora's child, if anything.

This. Sorry, Aurora/Mulan shippers, but the only way to do it now is to destroy Phillip/Aurora, one way or another, and I'm not OK with that.

I hate how this basically non-existent character (Phillip...dude's had what 10 minutes of screen time?) is in the way of the Aurora/Mulan becoming an actual thing. So annoying.

I vote for Ruby/Red (Wolf Warrior). They just need to get Mulan to Storybrooke somehow. Plus it has the dual benefits of 1) not breaking up any existing couples and 2) derailing the Red/Frankenstein relationship that I read somewhere they were thinking about.

They could genderswap Shang from the movies. They've already done it once with Jack.
