my housemates fill me with rage

EVERYTHING wrong that I do they make sure to talk about constantly. From putting too much salt on rice to misplacing my keys to buying the wrong thing. They try to make it sound like a joke but it's becoming so constant that I'm starting to avoid doing anything with them around or telling them anything. And when I'm doing anything they come up and criticize it. I was making rice today and one of them simply came up and took over, saying I didn't know how to do it. Afterwards she said it was inedible and I should put half the salt I did. Thanks so much, I'm a much better person now. And among themselves it's a love fest. They're constantly patting each other on the back and complimenting each other.

They treat me like I don't understand life - I've been living by myself since I was 18! That's 4 years! I fucking know how to clean a house, you idiot, and bleach is not the only fucking thing you use! But when I say it, they tell me I'm wrong and should learn with them. Yeah, I'm not a great cook, but I would really appreciate it if you stopped acting like I'm not a great anything. Being around them is making me depressed, no joke.
