Wow, no wonder she's stressed and yells, since that's pretty much the only available "therapy" for her. That isn't a healthy way to cope with the situation, but keeping her emotions bottled up could be even worse for her.

I'm sorry to say, but I doubt that things will improve unless your siblings find another babysitter at least part-time and start contributing to the housework. You say that she was basically a slave, but it sounds like she is still being treated like one.
