This is what nightclubs are for. Find one that's playing music you like, go on the dancefloor, find someone who's dancing alone, explain what you want, and if they're down for it, have at it.

That probably sounds like a recipe for date rape, and I would advise some caution, but I've actually done exactly what I described several times and met some amazing(ly hot) people.
