Re: when and how did you first find out about sex?

Yeah, although I remember feeling there was something kind of subversive about this, like "We wrote this because we think it's terrible women aren't being given this information but we can't come out and say they should get this information earlier in live because society will vilify us!" I have to give the book some props. It was pretty thorough about anatomy and bodily functions, it didn't push any agendas like "Sex is only for reproduction!" and stated that not everybody experiences sex in the same ways. It was just very vanilla and hetero-centric, didn't delve into the psychology of sex, and, IIRC, was written by a man who occasionally couldn't hide the fact that he was explaining things he had no first-hand experience with on account of not being a woman.
