She had subpar hygiene when she was first introduced, I think, but she made an effort to do better.

She does freelance IT stuff from home.

Dang, for all the hate Jeph gets, y'all are super happy to give him that sweet ad revenue.

This thread makes me feel like such a weirdo for actually liking QC these days

There was definitely a period where I thought it was awful and bland and repetitive and dull, and I'm not really sure why I hung on through that period, but I feel like Jeph has really put effort into improving it and telling more interesting stories and improving the art and adding a bunch of characters who I actually find entertaining. I really feel like I legitimately enjoy most updates now. Maybe I feel more positive about it because I stuck around for so long while I thought it was shit. Maybe this is Stockholm Syndrome.

I have a list of webcomics I check every morning (or whenever they update.) It's like the page of comics in a newspaper - I might not love all of them, but if it updates every day and I enjoy it will enough, sure, I'll keep reading. Since webcomics are free, it takes a lot to make me dislike them enough to boot them off the list.

what webcomics do you check out? I only read between failurs and qc.

I read Oglaf myself. :) It's technically a porn comment, but the humor is good and the art is substantially better than your average webcomic, so I recommend it to people not even into porn. The SFW panels are clearly marked in the archive, so if you're interested, you can start there.
