Ugly anon thinks everyone has lips like slugs, the face of a horse, and that beards are an abomination. Though, beard hating anon and ugly anon may be different. Who knows. ngl, i'm an orthodontist and his chin drives me mad. i'd love to see what he'd look like with some jaw surgery because his jaw/chin is severely receding, and i can't help but wonder if it's a little uncomfortable for him.

i don't know why that's so unbelievable? idk maybe i was being harsh, but his face bugs me for that exact reason. i probably wouldn't notice his looks if i didn't have this career, but his chin/jawline is a prime example of someone who needs jaw surgery. moving the lower jaw forward a few millimeters can make a huge difference to a person's face. especially if they have a jawline as weak as cumberbatch's.

If you were an actual orthodontist, you would have used the terms Orthognathic Surgery or Corrective Jaw Surgery and known that orthodontists don't perform the procedure. You just put on braces.
